EEOC Issues Guidance on Using Arrest and Conviction Records
It has been a busy week for the EEOC! After holding that
transgender discrimination is sex discrimination
on Tuesday, they issued guidance regarding employer use of arrest and conviction records yesterday. The EEOC issued
