EEOC issues guidance for "Muslim or Middle Eastern" employees and their employers

Last week, the EEOC issued a statement to "Address Workplace Discrimination Against Individuals Who Are, or Are Perceived to Be, Muslim or Middle Eastern." The EEOC also issued two new documents to help employers and employees understand religious discrimination under Title VII:
Frankly, nothing too new here - but a little refresher never hurts.
