EEOC issues new pregnancy resource documents

Yesterday, the EEOC issued two new "resource documents" to address pregnancy under our workplace discrimination laws:

• Legal Rights for Pregnant Workers under Federal Law
• Helping Patients Deal with Pregnancy-Related Conditions and Restrictions at Work
