Sorry for the lack of blogging. For the first time in seven years I actually took a full fledged week-long vacation. I was in Martha's Vineyard, which was beautiful. That's the Aquinnah Lighthouse in the picture. I'm actually kind of proud of myself, because I managed to (mostly) ignore all things work-related.So, what did I miss?
- The Gretchen Carlson harassment case took a surprising turn when Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes "resigned."
- In Hively v. Ivy Tech Community College (opinion here), the Seventh Circuit confirmed that Title VII does NOT prohibit sexual orientation discrimination in direct contradiction to the EEOC's position.
