Happy new year, and welcome back to work! Is one of your resolutions to check on your mandatory compliance posters? Yeah, you probably outsource this to a poster service. Nevertheless, I'm here with a quick reminder that the EEOC revamped its poster with the new (and improved?) "Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal" poster.
You can read the EEOC's Poster page here, with links to assorted versions of the poster, including this handy dandy printable copy. The EEOC has not specified a specific timeline - in fact, the website does not specify whether this particular poster is required.
