This "expands on a previous publication that focused on the ADA and Rehabilitation Act, and adds questions-and-answers to anticipating return to work situations, making reasonable accommodations, and harassment."The EEOC has helpfully added dates to the Q&A so that readers can quickly discern which content is new.
